When we released our Compresor in 2011, it quickly became a favorite with guitarists and bassists who were looking for something more than the simplistic settings typical of most compression pedals. Although our original Compressor sounds great on bass, we wanted to make it even better! In addition to the features and settings normally found on high-end studio compressors, such as a visual input and gain reduction monitor, independent attack and release settings, a Mix control for compression in parallel and an insert for an external sidechain, we added a sidechain filter and a 2-position Tone + Color circuit to slightly adjust the sound and give harmonic distortion, in order to give your bass even more character. Features - Fully analog audio path: nothing digital here! - Extreme transparency: add dynamics without altering the sound of your instrument. - 3 compression ratios: 2: 1, 4: 1 and 10: 1 for more flexibility. - Attack and Release settings: to control the characteristics of the compression. - Mix: Mix the uncompressed signal with the compressed signal for parallel compression. - Visual monitor: measure gain and input reduction on 2 separate monitors. - Tone + Color: add moderate harmonic saturation with midrange cutoff or upper midrange boost. - Send / Return for sidechain: with a 3.5 mm TRS jack. - High pass filter for sidechain: to filter the low frequencies from the sidechain, with a frequency of 20 Hz to 400 Hz. - Improved low frequency response: for very very low sounds, completely flat up to 20 Hz. - LED display: bright and multicolored to know what the compressor is doing in any situation. - True bypass: to be sure that your sound is not altered when the pedal is deactivated. - Compact body: roughly half of the original case. - Beautiful case: who doesn't love a beautiful glittery color?
