Your purchases at Musique Shop benefit from a 3 year guarantee. You read correctly! We are extending the manufacturer's warranty period (usually two years) to 3 years - at our expense!
You have absolutely nothing to pay!

 - Why are we doing this?

 Because we are convinced by the quality of our products.
 We are an authorized reseller of all major brands.
 If a product does not meet our quality criteria, we will not put it in our catalog, even if it is cheap or if the other products of the brand sell very well.

 - Are there any exceptions?

 Products with limited lifespans such as ropes, sticks, batteries, lamps, bulbs, crossfaders, etc. are excluded from this guarantee (we let you guess why ;-)). Defects, failures are only covered if they occur during normal use or due to improper manufacture of the instrument.

 - And if something breaks?

  Before returning an item, please contact our After sales service.
  For any return of a product, it is very important to notify us and wait for our return form.
  We have the possibility, if it suits you better, to carry out a collection at your home by TNT according to the tariff in force.

 - And if the product is not repairable?

 A product that cannot be repaired is exchanged for a new product. If the model is no longer available at all, we will offer you an alternative product.
 Truthful! Even in the last days of the 3 years warranty.
 Obviously, this applies only to problems due to normal use of the product. Simpler than a bunch of clauses…
