She does everything and she masters everything. The incredible sound power of the xtSA is due to its three distinct voices: electric guitar, acoustic and synth. The xtSA delivers intense electric tones with its Godin humbucker-single-humbucker pickup configuration and through a five-position selector that ranges from muscular humbucker tones to lighter tones in the second and fourth positions. Turn off the electrical output and turn up the volume of the RMC sensors to transform the xtSA into an "acoustic" guitar with an incredibly authentic sound. The acoustic voice of the xtSA is enhanced by an integrated preamplifier and a three-band graphic corrector. The configuration of the two outputs allows the electric and acoustic voices to be mixed on the guitar in the amplifier or in the mixer using the two outputs. In addition, the xtSA has a synth sensor which, quite simply, is the best in the industry. As with all Godin midi instruments, a built-in 13-pin synth connector gives direct access to all Roland GR series synths and most 13-pin devices. This sound power would be much less interesting if this guitar was not comfortable. But with a 64.7 cm scale and a 22 fret mahogany neck (like the one used on the LGX-SA from Godin), the xtSA is resolutely comfortable. The Richlite fingerboard was designed using Godin ergocut technique and is fitted with jumbo frets. The case is made of silver maple with poplar ribs and a table decorated with maple veneer.
